Healthy Study Snacks

You have to study for school , but then you get a bit hungry and grab unhealthy things? Then you are right here ;)

Drinks :

  • Water  - Water is always good for your body. It helps keeping you hydrated and you can focus better on learning.
  • Coffee - Wait! Before you think 'What ? Coffee isn't healthy!'You're right , BUT you need something caffeinated.So instead of normal coffee you can drink a skinny latte. It is non-fat and sugar-free.
Snacks
  • Fruits - Fruits are always good for you and they have many vitamins.For example Strawberries have Vitamin C and Vitamin E , Bananas have Vitamin C and so on and so on...  But you can also make different things with them like Milkshakes , Smoothies ...
  • Oatmeal - If you want , you can add some fruits 
  • Non-fat yogurt - You can add fruits as well
  • Nuts

And if you want to eat some chocolate , then eat dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
